Project Brief
With a rich history of performing artists – from the likes of Prince, Rolling Stones, U2, Jamiroquai, LCD Soundsystem and Aerosmith – Paradiso Amsterdam is marked as The Netherlands’ most famous music venue. This former church building sells out almost every night and every show. Besides a music venue, Paradiso also hosts the nations’ biggest annual competition for upcoming talents in music, called De Grote Prijs van Nederland.
After 30 years the GPNL needed a different strategy and look and feel, for which I was asked to support the challenge. I coordinated the design of the website and initiated partnerships with YouTube and SONOS among others. As Marketing and PR Manager I have been responsible for engaging with the media, setting up advertisement campaigns, managing social media content and coordinating the competitions’ artwork and design.
